Marsh Snail, Noodles & Vegetables with Sauce

What I cooked with the vegetables on the previous post is "Marsh Snail, Noodles & Vegetables with Sauce/ Golbangi Muchim." There has been a canned marsh snail I bought an age ago, and finally I opend the lid. Now let's see the ingredients.

From left-bottom, sesame leaves: I love these leaves a lot because of its strong and fresh smell.
Sauce: mixed with chilly paste sauce, chilly powder, and lots of seasonings
Sliced cucumbers and onions
Three different paprikas and marsh snails

A lot of Korean food requires mixing ingredients with sauce and this plastic glove is quite convenient. In Western countries, as a kind of big spoons (what's the correct name for this? salad spoon?) are normally used for making salads, I haven't seen this glove ever. While studying abroad, I wish I had this glove when I seasoned bulgogi.

Serve with noodles.
This cuisine can be enjoyed anytime but it is one of the most-loved side dish for drinks in Korea. And the chef at pubs makes the sauce as hot and spicy as possible so that people order more beer to cool their burned tongues.
