Description about My Blog

The reason why I've decided to move from the current me-ruled web page to this Blogspot-ruled one is to aim at more connectivity and sharing. With the present web page, I can freely designed the frames and structures as I want, which is still quite a big attraction despite of annual fee for the server cost, app. 20 euros. Even though I have rarely uploaded blogs and photos to the page, I have always been thirsty for the connection to the wider range of people. Of course, I do know this connectivity does not lead only to the positive side. It is well known that the more I expose my stuff, the more risks I will face up sometimes. Nevertheless, I chose to gamble more on the positive aspect of a more open network, hoping this decision will contribute to one of my future dreams, a travel writer.

As well as the new entries to this blog, I will be editing some stuff from the now-past web page, which I would like to introduce to bloggers here. My current web page, http://deulpan.nabest.net will be available until next May. On this site, I've started writing both in Korean and English since August, 2004 so you can already surf some old and recent stuff. I'm thinking of whether I would keep this bi-lingual set or write only in English on this Blogspot page. It's not that I disregard my mother tongue (actuallly I am very proud of Korean language) but try to save some time so that I can gain more efficiency. I haven't made my mind though. It is most likely to be decided depending on contents: if it is more effective to write in Korean to let my home readers feel the real taste of words and meanings between lines, I will take it.

Anyway, welcome you all, and have fun!

Hi, I hope you don't mind occassional intruder. I just found your site through blog hopping. I was very interested about what you write in your profile. We have the same thinking, I think. I would like to travel around the world together with my brother using motorcycle only. We will be using our individual motorcycle. I also wanted to document my travel, though I really don't necessarily have to be a travel writer. So most of my later travel were also documented in my blog.
This is for now and I hope you have a pleasant day...

Thank you for leaving a comment on this old post. I'm glad to hear you also have the same plan as me. I'll visit your blog soon. (It's not opening at the moment.)
